II love Foscam cameras but if you ever need any kind of assistance with them, you will not get it from Foscam.While they do seem to update their product pages on their web site, their support pages are grossly outdated.
Sales and support forms and dumped to email addresses that no longer exist. Tech support by Foscam via the message boards is also non-existent. Oh, and if you like to use Chrome browser, good luck, because it isn't supported by Foscam. Though their 2013 web instruction page says it is.
My advice is if you know what you're doing and don't have any problems,then Foscam is great. If you're new to IP cameras and streaming video or you run into an issue you can't resolve though, don't even bother trying to contact them. Just return the device and get something else.
You will never hear from them - EVER.And if you do, it will be the same generic, outdated support from 2013 that's already all over their web page.
